This Recipe is: Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats (please note: some oats may contain gluten)
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (or honey, brown rice syrup etc)
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add oats, raisins, goji berries, ginger and a pinch of salt.
- Reduce heat to low
- Continue cooking until water is absorbed and oats become nice and creamy (about 7 minutes)
- Add sunflower seeds and agave
- Try using rice, soy or nut milk instead of water to make it even creamier!
