Prep Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 3-5 minutes
Serves: 2 or more
Ingredients:
- Any choice of fresh green vegetable (e.g – Bok choy, cabbage, kale, spinach . . . )
- 1-2 cloves garlic crushed or chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Wash the greens well under water.
- Boil them, steam them or saute them in a pan for 3-5 minutes (they should appear bright in colour and still be slightly crunchy).
- Drain and place on plate.
- Pour over olive oil, squeezed lemon and mix in crushed garlic.
